Sail Date: May 2017
Cabin: Sky Loft Suite with Balcony

We stayed in a suite for the first time on our last cruise – Sky Loft Suite on the Allure of the Seas (cabin 1750), May 21 – 28, 2017. While this was admittedly expensive, we really enjoyed being pampered for the week. Here are our observations.

Suites are expensive, but they offer more room and amenities. Everyone needs to decide whether it’s worth it. This was our 20th anniversary, and we saved our pennies and went for it. You can book these ‘way in advance so you have a lot of time to pay them off if needed.

A Sky Loft Suite is big and awesome – check out the pictures – they are accurate! Very cool modern look with a king bed and huge bath and vanity upstairs. Sheer and room-darkening curtains with electric switches. Downstairs bath with a shower as well. Big screen TV’s upstairs and down. Bose speakers for the TV. Good sized balcony.
