Was looking forward to this new and amazing ship...This is my 8th cruise and sadly was not too impressed. The quality of staff service was by far the worse I have ever encountered! Would not make eye contact most times and not even a good morning or good evening at the very least. While waiting in line to ask a question the staff would not even look at me because the area did not open of a couple more minutes! I was also surprised by a service charge for room service. Feel as if they nickel and dime you! Food was mediocre at best. I have been on many cruises and the Latin music is always the best, loud and high energy...Not on this cruise! Very disappointed.

My husband and I do a lot of gambling onboard and we have always gotten free cocktails in the casinos. Again not on this cruise. There are so many references where I can say "not on this cruise"
