We cruised Boston/Bermuda with friends last week. We all had the unlimited drink package. The cruise was outstanding! Great food and never ending! Great entertainment! The service onboard was beyond exceptional. Our favorite waiter in the Venetian Restaurant was "Omar". We built up a rapport and he was outstanding with service and chatting. Plenty to do onboard. We had one minor issue that we chewed on a slight amount of sand in the salads, mentioned it to restaurant director and she immediately took steps for extra lettuce washing and in fact thanked us with a complimentary bottle of wine of our choice at dinner! One thing, be careful with cell phone as once out to sea it may connect to the onboard cellular service at enormous cost if phone uses any data. Put it in "airplane" mode or turn off cellular service. Ise only purchased wifi on board. Also another tip is to bring multiple socket power adapter as there is only one socket in small staterooms. Be aware that unlimited drink pkg does not cover specialty coffees or alcoholic drinks over a certain price, I think over $15 ...but no problem at all as it covers just about any drink type you want with no limit. Vessel was very clean and crew constantly cleaning even clean areas. Stateroom was very clean, well maintained, always maintained several times daily and it had a small safe and small refrigerator (don't use drinks stocked in refrig., they are charged and not in drink pkg). Disembarking was slightly confusing because instructions from PA system were not loud enough in central areas where people drowned it out. Overall, we would easily give it a grade of 95 out of 100! Would go again in a heartbeat! Great job Norwegian!
