Didn't get to use the outdoor eating area or pool due to bad weather so kind of hard to really enjoy the ship. The staff was amazing. We did find the service in the dining room not as good as our last Oceania cruise. There were lots of empty tables but they put us in the corner with no view etc. Our waiter had a hard time understanding our dinner requests. We were a little uncomfortable. We did not eat in the dining room again. We went to the specialty restaurants or the buffet after that,. TV selection was poor.(normally we wouldn't notice but with the terrible weather good programming would have been nice. Room service very good. Entertainment ok but we didn't choose Oceania for the entertainment, If we are looking for that we choose RC. Ports and shuttles were good. Our cabin was awesome. We are heading venice to athens in July on Riviera so hope all is good there too.
