I believe RCCL has finally made a ship that is too big to provide its usual high level of service. The staff does not seem to be trained up to the usual RCCL standards.

Harmony is not an Oasis class ship. Its many high-tech additions added nothing to my experience. Activities on board leave much to be desired after knowing what to expect since we've cruised on both on Oasis and Allure. The activities director-Katy-was 15 minutes late to teach Zumba. She gave no reason. Not enough opportunities for Trivia!

Harmony offers many health related talks but most require you to buy their Elemis products to achieve the desired results. The thermal suite was great.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

The room layout is great, but the décor is dark. The shower was more spacious then on other Oasis class ships. The sink, if you can call it that, was too small. You had to stand sideways to wash your face!
