Heard so much about this ship and wanted to experience it... Great ship. But going thru custom In Jamaica was horrible. The custom guards just tear, rip up our bags when we came thru custom. They search thru out stuff with not respect to our personal items and no dignity. Coming thru custom to return on the boat was very bad. Those custom guards need a lot more training. The whole experience was horrible.

Overall the cruise was great all my family and friends had a great time. The service on the ship was also great, the entertainment was good, house keeping was excellent, not to mention the dinning experience. the food at all the dinning facilities was very good. Some of the activities that we wanted to do, the time over lap other activity time, which make it difficult to take part in some of the activities. Overall itwas a great experience. Will do this again. PLEASE CORRECT THE CUSTOM GUARDS SERVICE AND THE MANNER IN WHICH THEY SEARCH PEOPLE PERSONAL BAGS.
