For a Royal Caribbean cruise I was disappointed. Getting on the ship was easy. We arrived around 11:15. I was disappointed when I saw several people with cases of bottle waters after I was told I could not bring any. I am a water snob. I only like Dasani bottle water and they do not have Dasani. All cabins were ready by 1:00 which was nice. Our room and bathroom was very small. Our a/c was not cooling our room. We were all warm the whole time and sweaty at night. I was not a fan of paying 8.00 for room service. They did not have a 24 hour pizza or burger joint like most cruises. So if you have a child like I did and they get hungry your only option is the Windjammer buffet and you better hope they are not closed while they change out the food or pay the 8.00 for room service. I did like the sinks they had at the entry way of the buffet. They had staff members reminding you to wash your hands and if you were in a bathing suit or shirtless they asked you to leave. I thought that was great. The staff was very nice, but we are use to having more options for food. If this is your first cruise you will probably love it, but we have been on more than 20 cruises so this ship was not for us. We loved the destinations.

Cabin Review

Cabin Inside

Cabin was very small and so was the bathroom. At times the ship smelled like a sewer by our cabin. They need to vacuum under the beds. We had to move them for our suitcases and their was food crumbs under the beds. Our a/c would not cool our room. They worked on it everyday, but we would wake up every night sweaty. Royal Caribbean has always been our favorite line, but this ship is not up to our previous Royal Caribbean standards.
