We wanted to see the Baltic countries and were not disappointed. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and spoke good English.

Disappointed in many areas of the ship: toiletries were of poor quality compared to previous cruises, ie combined shampoo/conditioner in one bottle. Where did the high quality soaps go? A small thing to many but at Plantinum level, we would expect more.

On previous cruises, we were always offered fresh fruit delivered to our stateroom. Seems this is no longer available. Read more
