Terrible cabin , Air conditioning not function for 3 days despite several complaints to reception. Couldn't sleep in the heat.Food in the pantry is terrible especially the Indian & Asian bars. left over fish & chips served as Indian fry fish . Roti hard as rock .All curries very bland . Basa fillet served every day without a miss.Cabin staff forget basic things like cleaning the bins, providing ordered DVD , entering cabin without knocking.On the day of disembarkation we were told to vacate the room by 7 am but the cabin staff came knocking at our door at 6 am . most of the ship staff were polite except the arrogant Captain , Executive chef Maitre D. The maitre D was always seen feeding his little daughter in the dining area with his collar sticking up. He never smiled or greeted passengers.
I had requested to talk to the executive chef about the quality of food in the Pantry but he didn't bother getting back to me. The food in Dragon Lady & Waterfront restaurants were good generally unlike the Pantry.
Old & poorly maintained cabin. The day we embarked the Air con was on full blast. When we complained the maintenance guy came & turned it off completely . The cabin was so hot we couldn't sleep for a few days. Complaints to reception went unheeded .
