We choose this cruise due to the date and the price of the cruise. We should have chosen a larger ship but overall we made the best of it and had a nice time. I feel that when a person is disabled (wheel-chair bound) the excursions are very limited. The cabins were so outdated that anytime a person wanted to get their balance on their account (televisions in room didn't display information) they had to go to the customer service desk. Sometimes I would walk past that area and the lines was snaked around the area where they were taking pictures. It seemed as if they didn't have enough people working in that area. The security going and coming on the ship before and after excursions were rather rude with the "I'm all that mentality." I feel they need some customer service training, "you catch more flies with honey then with vinegar." My advice to someone who has cruised before is to never downgrade on your cruise. We made the best of it because we cruised with a group of 14 people and despite some of the inconsistencies and we overlooked some things and had a good time.

Cabin Review

Family Ocean View Stateroom

Cabin FO

The cabins were very small (especially with my husband's wheelchair inside), beds were a little hard and the rooms were very outdated.
