Birthday and for our daughter. Was supposed to go to the Cayman Islands which our daughter was looking forward to and that got changed. Wasn't that clean, only one motor working, one elevator broken, boat constantly rocking and got sick every night, food wasn't great, wasn't cooked right, buffet wasn't open, backs hurt from bed, wasn't sure beds clean, captain kept going through the storm, sit outside the lights looked rusted and paint coming off, husband left stain in bathroom wall to see if it get clean cause other guest said they didn't clean it and they didn't clean the stain, the room service was awful they only had the drinks open and sandwich bar open. The salad bar wasn't all that great. I think when you pay for a cruise that cost a lot whether you have a big family or not you should not have to pay for a lobster. My husband ordered sea bass and he knows his seafood and it wasn't cooked properly. We got sick and our daughter did not want to come back again. Window was dirty

Window was dirty, bed uncomfortable and not clean. My husband left stain on wall to see if they will clean it and during the whole time the stain was still there. It made us wonder if the sheets were clean. My daughter was uncomfortable on her bunk bed. We all had bad backs and we should have had a curtain separating us.
