First time on Adventure of the seas cruise line with my family. Choose this cruise line due to the beautiful embarkation port stops. My stateroom was suppose to face the ports of each arrival when we looked out the window and it faced a not too pleasant site. We could not embark in St. Lucia went to Martinique France instead which was disappointing after waiting for a year (things happens). This ship really needs to be updated, the room cabin was very disappointing. The luggage crew also was rough on my luggage and broke a wheel on my new luggage when returning to debark in San Juan on the cruise ship. Otherwise the shows and the food was very good... staff was nice, had a good time, meet people, and relaxed. I would definitely go on Royal Caribbean again, just not on Adventure of the Seas especially compared to my last cruise on the Allure.

Cabin Review

Oceanview Stateroom

Cabin I

On Deck 2 you can here everything! Our room was by the luggage/engine so you was able to here all strange noises. The room and bathroom were small and out of date. The twin beds were like futons not comfortable at all standing on white rails. The bathroom had a leak... maintenance had to remove the padding on the floor and put a air machine to dry the floor (smelt some mold) both persons including myself in the room have allergies. Room was just very disappointing

Port Reviews

St. Maarten

Went on the water boat to shopping areas, very nice.

St. John (U.S.V.I.)

Looked for a little while and went back to the boat

Martinique

Was not prepared for Martinique, was suppose to be St. Lucia. Walked around a little bit very nice area. Next time will take a tour.
