First class Haven service but the room was a huge disappointment for that much money. It was almost impossible to climb over the bathtub ledge to have a shower, and whose bright idea was it to have the toilet so close to the headboard of the bed...ugh! The food served in the Haven restaurant was superb. We enjoyed the entertainment offered as well but it became repetitive after a few nights. The Cavern needs to be enlarged for Beatles nights because you cannot move in that small venue, and it is impossible to get a drink and enjoy the show. The ports were all beautiful but the traffic in Napoli was scary because everybody does their own thing and that creates traffic chaos. As always, very impressed with the logistics NCL uses to get people on and off their ship. We had 100 minutes of wifi time and used at least half of it trying to connect, which I understand happens on most ships.

Courtyard Penthouse with Balcony

Cabin H5

Old and dated with garish decor and curved cupboards that didn't hold much.
