Full disclosure: I'm 21 years old and I have been on Carnival, Disney, and Royal Caribbean before this trip.

For as old as the ship is, the inside is very nice and very clean. The ship only shows her age when you see the old wood paneling in the elevator. Other than that, you'd never know how old the ship really is. Be aware, this is their smallest ship in the fleet so activities and excitement will be limited but you get exactly what you pay for. The cutting edge fun is reserved for their larger, newer ships. If you want to be wowed, shell out the extra money. But for a small getaway with my girlfriend, the price was right for this cruise. I noticed how many families were aboard the ship so the price point for this smaller ship is probably more attractive for the family dynamic too.

As for adults, the cruise director Elvis (that's not a typo), really knows how to put on a show and show grown ups a good time. I saw the comedian, magician, welcome aboard show, quest game show, & 70's dance party. This crew knows how to have a good time and liven up the atmosphere. The activities with Isaac from Spain were fun and he had a great sense of humor. GO TO THE QUEST GAME SHOW, you will see things you will not forget from grown adults. Warning: Absolutely no kids allowed to that show. I really enjoyed the activities I decided to partake in.

Cabin Review

Cabin Ocean View Stateroom

The stateroom was a decent size which is to be expected on a cruise. It was extremely clean and Maria (the woman who took care of our stateroom) was PHENOMENAL. She delivered top notch service and was a wonderful addition to the trip. I wish more cruise employees were like her. The stateroom had a tv if you weren't in the mood to go around the boat and played a continuous loop of popular tv shows that were entertaining.

Port Reviews

Tampa

I live an hour from Tampa so I wasn't interested in anything in the are. It is a convenient port location for me.

Cozumel

The locals were friendly and helpful. I felt safe and was only haggled to look at shirts once. Overall pleasant experience.
