We chose this cruise because the ports of the British Isles were just what we wanted. The ship is a little tired and probably due for refurbishment.

We hired a driver in Belfast to take us around to family ancestry sites. Best thing ever. We paid less than we would have for a group tour, and our amazing driver took us where we wanted to go and then on a fabulous tour of Northern Ireland that lasted about 8 hours!

We were not impressed with the food. Not bad, but not what we expected for a Princess European cruise. We never had lobster, which I consider a special treat you can usually expect at least one night on a cruise. They consider surf and turf steak and shrimp, as that what it was called on the menu.
