Overall, the cruise was fairly enjoyable. The cabin service was good and the food adequate in quality and exceptional in quantity. However, ...
1) There is a $13.99 additional fee per person per cabin (for housekeeping, which seems to be an integral part of booking a cabin, no?) that isn't included in the base cost of the room. It does appear in fine print somewhere on the contract, but I didn't notice it - so it was a bit of a surprise at the end of the week. (Also, I didn't notice any link on the web site that allowed payment in advance - although I was told there was one.)
2) If you want to take advantage of their photo deals (e.g. X photos on a thumb drive for Y dollars), make sure everyone books into a single cabin. (Of course, I'm being facetious here - depending on the size of your party, you likely won't be able to do this.) One of their arcane photo rules is that, to qualify for one of these deals, the face of at least one person from the purchasing cabin MUST be present in ALL the photos to be included in the package. Our party was split between 2 cabins so, when the time came not all the pictures could be included in a package (because some pictures only contained faces from one of the cabins). Again, this rule did appear in the fine print on one of their photo-related documents - so they're not trying to hide anything (according to them).
The cabin was relatively small, but nice. Our cabin steward was very polite, courteous and friendly - and the cabin service was very good.
Personally, I don't care for big cities - and NYC is about as big as they come.
Bermuda was very nice, but generally pricey (when purchasing items ashore). The beaches were also very nice. The temperature wasn't overly hot and there was a nice breeze the whole time to offset the heat.
