Cabin was small but neat. Easy to move around in if you unpack everything into the closet and desk drawers, and stash your luggage in the closet or under the bed. Water pressure was great, and the temperature range was fantastic.

Downside: our stateroom was right above (well, 2 floors above) the exit port for tenders or docking, so we got woken up at 7:30 both mornings in port, with the sound of tenders arriving or the ship docking and preparing to let the first batch of people off.

Arrived at the pier, got on board! no exploring beforehand.

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

Nassau Highlights Tour: Got a whirlwind tour of two of the forts, and a good overview of where key things in the city were, so we could decide where we wanted to go back and spend more time. Didn't leave us sitting in the bus to long, but more time at Ford Catherine would've been nice.

Expected:
A comfortable touring boat of some kind, music, complimentary rum drink or pay for champagne (or second servings), real glasses or at least the classier looking plastic ones, snacks laid out and available.

Actual:
A utilitarian two-deck dive boat (clean), a lot like the tenders from CoCoCay but smaller, with uncomfortable bench seating, and a shot bar on the first level. Complimentary drinks were Bahama Mamas (as always apparently), and you could buy more, or you could request a non-alcoholic drink, and the "snacks" were the ability to buy a bag of chips for $3.
Ship left well before sunset, and instead of just cruising the harbor we got a tour of the houses of the rich-and-famous visible on Paradise Island. The farther we went with nobody going downstairs to buy drinks, the more sarcastic the tour guide/bartender became. She finished her whole spiel on the eastward bound leg of the harbor, so we puttered back toward the dock westbound mostly in silence (excursion attendees chatted, but that's about it). Everyone we talked to on that tour was expecting something one to two levels classier than what we got.

Snorkeling excursion and Sandbar Getaway:
The reef was dead.

The guys running the boat, lifeguard divers, etc. were all great. But they can't make up fr a dead reef.

Everyone was a little confused to be anchored at a sandbar with floaty chairs for an hour; I think we all thought we were going to go back to where the regular Floating Bar was on the island.

Disembarkation day: 

Our tour of the Kennedy Center got cancelled mid-cruise because not enough people had signed up.The food in the main dining room (deck 4) was good, but again nothing inspiring.
