Absolutely great value and space in this balcony room.  We loved it and think anyone in this room will have a great time unless you are heavy into the sports part - then you will really want to be midship or aft as it's a big walk to get back to the slides, FloRider, etc.

Galveston is the most incredible city ever (lol I live here so am totally biased).

Galveston

We did a private tour of San Gervasio, El Mirador, the Blowholes, town to shop, then skipped Punta Sur (the surf was too rough) and ended up at Sky Reef and it was amazing.  Absolutely had a blast at Sky Reef and the fish and water clarity was gorgeous.

Cozumel

We did a private tour of the west end. Governor's Mansion, the homes of Bill Gates, Oprah, Queen's residence then on to Hell which was absolutely more impressive in person than what you'd expect.  A highlight.  Then we went to Royal Palms and spent a fortune renting chairs and an umbrella - and it was not worth it.  Waves were rough, did some swimming but no fish to really see - swam out a bit and did see some but just not worth it. Wish we would have gotten dropped off at Grape or one of the public 7 mile beaches.

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

Red Stripe Beach was the highlight of our cruise.  We had a cabana, two beach chairs and the drinks were plentiful, food was good (for beach food) and we swam until we couldn't stand it.  Water was so clear as crystal - like the cleanest bath water.  Amazing.  Held three types of sea urchins then went shopping and had some amazing curried conch right there at the Port.   We had a blast in Jamaica!

There are things to do all the time both inside and out and the interior promenade meant that the inclement weather days, you could still stroll around and not get cabin fever; however, the layout of a Carnival ship like the Breeze has more family-venues so often times things were just not appropriate for the under 16 yrs old crowd except the outside activities.We then sat there with the menus for another 25 minutes while people left, tables were cleaned and 1/2 the people were there since we sat down and not a single waitstaff acknowledged us at all despite walking past us and staring at us as we smiled at them hoping for a "it will just be a moment" or "it's shift change" (which I have no idea if it was - but we got there at 3:30pm and at 4:15 or so we left and put the menus at the stand never to have been noticed at all.
