Our previous experiences with Silversea have all been wonderful, we were really interested in the ports of call. We thought a new ship would be a good experience. However, the Muse is a step down on Silversea experiences. Service, specifically in the restaurants was middling to poor, and you had to make reservations, making the experience much less relaxed. We missed the formal nights. Not having them meant the dress code was inconsistent, and you needed (supposedly) to be formal just to get into certain restaurants. Then when you arrived, you found that the standard for formal was very elastic.

At the end of the trip we ask for transportation from the port to the Hotel Bauer in a water taxi ,and we were charged a 196 dollars for my wife and I. We waited in the sun for approximately and hour and a half with another couple until the taxi arrived. I. Don't think you should be using this company Venezia Futura in the future. Considering that the other couple was charged the same as we had ,we paid almost 400 dollars for a taxi that's advertised at 92 Euros for up to four passengers, and we had to wait an hour and a half.
