I loved this ship but I never got to even get on the North Star. No one told me there was a formal night. I would have liked to have a guide since it was my first time ever being on a cruise. We didnt know what to do or bring or nothing. Didn't know when the shows were or where to get anything. I had to ask other passangers questions. It seemed the crew was being bothered by us. The man in "The Shop" treated me like crap and hurried me out after embarrasing me in front of other people. It just felt like the only place I loved on there was the fricking Spa where we could tip them what we wanted for the services they provided and they work for their tips. They were kind and got to know us. I heard the spa isn't connected with Royal Carribean but I loved those people on their, they were the best. As for the crew of Royal some were nice and others were very ignorant. Overall i had a good experience but next time I will go with my husband.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

The lady who cleaned our room really didn't do a great job. She just made the bed and opened and closed our sofa/bed. She didn't vaccum nor did she ever change the seats. She also had very bad body odor that we could smell on her. And she bossed us around and told us when to get out and all that. I loved our view though and I feel if we have a balcony we should be able to smoke and they made it a huge deal that we did.
