Beautiful ship and wonderful itinerary for both cruises. 21 days on board. Few issues on board and centered around dining areas. Main dining room seemed to have a few areas that needed attention with the service. Some areas seemed to have people that were overwhelmed with the tasks at hand and others were like a well oiled engine. We could not figure out how they chose to seat Select Diners as we would pass multiple tables for 2 by windows and wind up next to the kitchen areas. Plus several times when they went to seat us, the person had no clue where the table was in the dining room and had to stop and ask others for directions. Upstairs in the buffet area, even though clearly marked not to fill bottles or other containers with water and ice so as to not spread germs, people did not listen. Perhaps they needed to place someone there and tell them NO. Food was good in both places. Did the pay dining as well and Murano and Qsine were well worth the money, but in our opinion, Lawn Grill and Tuscan grill were just so-so. Room stewards were wonderful and told them once of your schedule and they did all the rest. Entertainment on both cruises were good and enjoyable. Would definitely sail again
