We have been on several RCI cruises and this was not up to par with the others. The boat was fine and clean, but kids club and Cruise Entertainment team were nowhere close to as good as other ships we have been on.

Kids club was a disaster. My 6-year old son is shy, quiet, easy to get along with. He went to kids club several times throughout the week. I was supposed to be given a phone because he has allergies. One time they would give it to me. The last night of the cruise he went to kids club for the carnival and I did receive a phone however they never used it even though my son cried for hour. Never called me on the little phone or my room. He said they told him to stay on the couch and stop crying or they would put him in the crybaby room! When I picked him up he was extremely upset. I asked my son and the 4 girls working in there if he asked them to call me. He told me he asked each one and they repeatedly told him that they tried to call me several times which was not true at all! I will never send my kids to any kids club again without my kids having a way to contact me. Entertainment team, the directors were lame, not funny, not entertaining at all. They are definitely not Graham Seymour! The games throughout the day were few and far between. The blonde girl from the U.K. Was good, but the Jamaican girl acted like she hated every minute of it and had a terrible attitude if she showed up.

This experience was not anything like our previous trips. I have always talked highly about RC. I hope RC addresses these concerns. Entertainment sucked and kids club was a total let down!
