The Good's - Our door to door shuttle picked us up at 10 am and we where on our way. We arrived at pier 35 close to 11 am due to heavy traffic on the Bay Bridge. When we arrived at pier 35 porters where already standing by to take our luggage. We than walked in to the terminal to check in. Their was hardly any passengers there at that particular time so their was no lines to check in. Our check in clerk was very pleasant and it only took him a few minutes to get us finalized so that we could board the ship.

The Good's - Our cabin on deck 5 was very nice and convenient. We had a large window on the starboard side of the ship. We where only about 20 feet away from the elevators, medical center, passenger services desk, and the Rigoletto dining room. On port of call days. The gangway would usually start off on deck 7 and than when the tide would change it would be moved to deck 5. Making it even more convenient for us to get and off the ship.

The Good's - Our Room Steward Petra was very nice and pleasant and always had our cabin in tip top shape. Of all the cruises I have been on. She was the best and the friendliest. The Bad's - The Buffet sucked. The food was always the same and didn't always taste good. It was very small and was always overcrowded and their wasn't enough room for everyone to sit.If you didn't get there early you could forget about finding a seat. I also noticed that a lot of people where rude. They would cut in line and wouldn't even ask if it was okay or excuse me. The salad bar was poor and setup kinda of weird. The salad and dressings in place and the other toppings some place else. On all the other ship's that I've been on. The salad, dressings and toppings where all in one place. Most of time I would eat my breakfast and lunch in the Traviata Dining room just to avoid the food and crowds.
