We chose this cruise because of the itinerary and our previous positive experiences with Norwegian. We love that you have a primarily Filipino staff who culturally know and appreciate the Service industry. We enjoy the cuisine, although it did get quite crowded in the public restaurants between 7:30 - 9:00 p.m. We appreciated the butler and concierge service and felt they went above and beyond the call of duty in their efforts to serve and please us.

Unfortunately all the joy of this cruise was overshadowed by my negative experience with the casino. I am an active player but will never play again on a Norwegian Cruise. For the many hours I played, I NEVER HIT A JACKPOT or made any money. Nor did anyone else for the time I was in the casino. It was like the machines were literally turned off. I lost every penny I attempted to play - over $10,000!!! That is unacceptable and left a really bad taste. The machines should be calibrated to acceptable norms. Some wins and of course some losses. But they were obviously not set to an acceptable range. It was not just me...casino players talk to each other. NO ONE made any money on your slot machines, except for 1 jackpot on the last day. Very disappointing.
