My husband and I chose this cruise because we wanted to visit the Bahamas and the dates lined up perfectly following our wedding. However, when we arrived, we had to wait 2 hours to get into our room after driving 10 hours to get to the port. Then we get to the room, we were given BUNK BEDS! We were told it would be changed. went back after the briefing and were told by someone different that nothing could be done. Service was HORRIBLE. The food was decent, could have been better. We were given a bottle of champagne for our "troubles" which we looked up online that cost $9.00, how insulting. The boat was outdated AND one of our locations were canceled, and we were taken to a Carnival Man-made Island! I advise everyone to read reviews before booking! If you're a first timer, you may like this cruise ship...but it was a huge downgrade for me!
