Cabin: Premium Suite with Balcony

After 11 cruises on Princess, we sadly found there is no loyalty. We let them select our suite on an April 19 voyage. I was coming off major surgery and looking for a quiet, restful way to recovery. We open our cabin door to find no such suite. It was wheelchair accessible (no bath tub), abbreviated balcony (no lounge chairs) and this non-suite sat on top of the engine room. For 15 days and 15 nights we were subjected to continuous noise and vibrations…unable to sleep or relax. We requested our room be changed but apparently there was no other cabin on the entire ship. After several requests to Princess at the highest level, we were offered a token credit toward a next cruise. Remember, not a moment’s piece for 15 days and 15 nights. They should be ashamed of themselves. Not only did we not come new...we came back exhausted. We will never again set foot on a Princess ship.
