Just got back from my 7th cruise; 1st with Celebrity and first to Alaska.

Starting off, I, 33, took my parents, 68 and 70, on this cruise to fulfill a dream they've had for 30+ years. They often talked about sailing to Alaska, but something always came up - need new roof, weddings, car expenses, whatever; but after a health scare late last year, I told them, we're going, no matter what. We booked May 26-June2.

We live in Virginia Beach, VA and made the plans to travel out to Seattle the day before. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my husband and grade school son could not attend, so some last minute changes, the three of us were in the same cabin, an accessible balcony, 7139.
