Chose this cruise because we liked the itinerary. The itinerary is very good. All ports were very good, and gave a good sample of the UK. Food quality has slipped, Steaks no longer offered daily in the dining room. Cuts of meat were lower quality than we have seen in the past. Cleanliness has slipped. Towels were not always cleaned properly, ugly stains on some. Window interiors, and window sills need cleaning. Many things are broken on the ship. Washers, dryers, token machines, Money changers. Panels were missing in hallways, and boarding areas were dirty, and needed maintenance. Daily boarding of the ship took 30 minutes to two hours. This was a deal-breaker for us. They need more X-ray machines. We have sailed many times previously with Princess. This was the worst, and will be our last with Princess. Shore excursions overpriced. Entertainment not as good or as varied as previous cruises. Musicians are almost on a break.
