Never have been on Norwegian thought we would love it. Everything was great except for the dining. 3 hours and bad service is enough to turn you off. Staff at dinner had no personality, they seemed to be none caring. I will commit on the 5 o'clock somewhere bar, Clarence was great, he knew what you drank and where you were from when you showed up at the bar, atmosphere was very high. Pool bar personnel were great don't know their names but they were on the ball. Our room Stewart was Melvin, he was very polite and friendly also knew who you were and called you by your name when he saw you. Casino staff very nice and friendly, if you needed something they were on the ball to help out. Really the big problem we had was with the dinner and I'm talking about the experience we had at the Manhattan and also at the Table. We did eat at Shannon's several times had no complaints.
