The ship was ok. We had sailed on the Jade seven years ago. There was some cosmetic changes but basically the same. They had made extra effort and privileges for the Haven guests and that was nice.
The service was great.
We understood most of the crew.
Cabin Review
Cabin Haven (H4)
Seemed smaller than 7 years ago. We stayed in the exact cabin but there seemed to be less room. The couch in the living room was rather hard and firm and the extra chair was not longer part of the furniture.
The tv service didn't include on demand movies but only offered a movie channel (like HBO) in English, Italian, and German.
