Love Alaska cruising. Convenient departure from Vancouver. Bright clean ship (although some threadbare carpet) with friendly, happy staff. Food was as good as on any of the 20 ships be have sailed, but the entertainment was abysmal. No movies (except two cartoons), no lectures, no lessons. Basically nothing except an evening show that consisted of a ventriloquist, card trickster, unfunny comedienne and the usual lip synced song and dance with music from a CD. Yes, there were a few mediocre musicians and singers in the evenings, but listening to them for 30 minutes was enough.

Didn't see much of the glacier because of ice clogs. Enjoyed hiking and walking in the three ports. Embarkation was slow because they didn't know what to do with out Nexus cards.

Saw seals and whales which was a nice bonus.
