Room smelly, and took four days to clean, minimal compensation compared to inconvenience of not having our room available to us first four days. Food in the main dining room is the same as five years ago with less flavor and poor service and presentation. Labadee, took 1 1/2 hour to get lunch then food was burned, and disgusting, it appeared like it was their first time cooking for the guests, very poorly managed. The upselling of the optional fee dining is annoying, we participated in it and realized that is where all the chefs went, from the main dining room to the specialty resteraunts, and all the quality servers as well. So if you want good food and service paying for the cruise isn't enough you have to pay extra. Also the pleading for the tips in the main dining room on the last night is really tacky if they provided good service you would not have to ask for additional tips. Johnny Rockets had terrible service and food was tasteless, as well as Sabor, has really dropped in quality and food selections. When we booked last year we were told RC was working on their menu and food preparation, it was BS, the menu is the same and tasteless, you have to pay extra if you want any quality on this ship. Ship was beautiful to walk around, just really all about the quantity of people not the overall quality. Highly unlikely we will sail with RC again, they need to step it up.

Port Reviews

Labadee

the water was nice, but very rocky, bring water shoes, the food was provided by RC but they were not prepared to cook for the volume of people waited in line for an hour and half in the very hot sun, for burned ribs and hamburgers, yuck!! poor organization and preparation, food was awful!!
