We were able to up bid from the mini suite to the 2bedroom Haven and was very pleased with the upgrade. Special treatment on both embarkation and disembarkation making it a breeze to get on and off the ship. The Have restaurant was great along with the special dinning package which gave you a good variety of food to choose from.

Our cruise was tour intensive leaving 4 mornings prior to 7:30am and not getting back until 4:15-4:45pm. Definitely not a relaxing cruise but we opted for this so nobody to blame except ourselves, however it was great to get back to ship to relax and get ready for the evening fun of food and entertainment. We didn't utilized the butler/room service like a lot of people did, we just enjoyed going to the Haven restaurant and being waited on plus good food and service.

The ports and excursions we picked were great, thanks Italy tours.eu , on time, good tour guides and no problems on getting back prior to sailing.

Cabin Review

Aft-Facing Penthouse with Balcony

Cabin H6

Upgraded from mini-suite to a 2 bedroom Haven and I understand what other people have stated ":once you have gone the Haven way it will be hard to go back". The only complaint that we had was the occasional "sewer" smell that appeared to be coming from the drain in the bathroom area. We notified the butler and room service but we couldn't tell that anything was done to correct the problem.
