Worst Customer Service! We recently took this cruise and I would definitely not recommend NCL as they cannot be trusted. We booked a balcony room (directly with NCL) and when we showed up they told us there was something wrong with the room and had no others, they offered us an inside room. They told us they had already refunded the difference in the price of the rooms and yet when we got home, no refund. Contacted them and all they wanted to do was offer us a credit towards a future cruise. So they lied. To make matters worse, they knew before we had left home and they did not contact us. If they had the decency to contact us we would have rescheduled the trip as a balcony room was very important to us. Last NCL cruise we will ever take and we cruise yearly. No way to treat a customer, shame on you NCL!
This cabin was the one we chose not the one we ended up with. First they put us in a cabin with a window(no balcony), the window was damaged so they were not planning on using it. The someone had a medical emergency from a balcony room so they moved us. Mind you when we boarded the ship they sent our baggage to the booked room, not the room they put us in, even though they knew how mad we were at the change. The cabin we ended up in was ok, what you'd expect, clean and everything worked well.
