The trip was referred and we traveled with my wife's brother and his wife. The ship an staff, the service, and food was great (with the exception of the main restraunt) all other restraints were great. Wines were lower quality. Our butler was wonderful as were all restruant waiters and bartenders. All ports of call couldn't have been better and very exciting to visit. We went on several shore excursions, including floats planes, train rides, tram rides and a very good food tour in Juneau (highly recommend). The organization of the Silver Seas and the Silver Shadow organization from when you embark until you disembark is the best we have ever experienced. All airline, hotel and travel transfers are very organized and well planned out for convenience. This includes the recommend shore excursions which need to be taken advantage of in order experience Alaska. We would definitely consider future cruises with Silver Seas.
