We chose this cruise because of the diverse stops (Italy, Greece and Turkey) however I was not told of the itenerary change that there would be no Turkey stop, had to find out when I was sharing the itenerary with a family member, I had booked excursions already and had problems with the vendor refunding. Not happy about missing Turkey, but I understand. We had a little wait on Embarkation but smooth, disembarkation was very smooth with the exception of not being told that the waiting area for drivers was at the end of the terminal and we were at the exit across from the drivers and no one told us otherwise for over an hour.

The ship, was wonderful. Small but never felt crowded, easy to get around elegant. The cabin was wonderful 1146. It is on deck 11 and close to everything, nice balcony room. I was told that we could adjoin our room on the deck with our inlaws in 1148 but was not allowed to after repeated request. They said it was for safety, but the door hooked well and we knew the people. I guess they thouht it was safer to lean over the railing to talk to our family. I was not happy about this!! Entertainment and activities were varied, fun and constant! Really always something to do. I wish they had Zumba more, only 2 days, which were days at sea and the area on deck was small and too crowded to enjoy. If they added more days in the evening @5 there would have been better.

The food, was suprisingly good. I was not expecting the diversity and quality. It is amazing that they can offer so many people the selection with the execution they have. Bravo!! Our dining room waiters (Stefan and Taufik) were charming and I loved having them, we missed them the night we went to Chops.

Excellent location. Nice room, you can hear the fitness center above, but it is not bad. Most of the people we were with never noticed it!! I probably did because I was aware of the location to the fitness center.

Port Reviews

Taormina (Messina)

Dirty touristy town....Tormina was closed for G7 Summit

Mykonos

Rained out our Kayak tour, walked around town and found a taxi to drive us away from the tourist district and see some of the island.
