First time with NCL. Staff(most),food,room good. Price to high,no shows every night in theater and to many pay to do things. Substandard entertainment activities and the way the boat is set up everything is so overcrowded. Disappointed. Jose was a great solo cruise director. Andre was also a great cruise director and funny as heck when I was able to get within hearing distance of the shows he directed. This cruise ship is poorly designed and also there are so many costs that are not and should not be associated with a cruise after the price I paid. I have been on Royal Caribbean,Princess and Carnival and now NCL. Princess and Carnival will now be my only choices. The shows are wonderful. Huge theaters and a new and different great quality every single night. Yours were truly a joke in so many respects. The Motel 6 of cruises.Instead of a $1900 total it should have been a $400 total
