Shore excursions poorly run by ship - have always booked Celebrity shore excursions and have been pleased but these totally disorganized.
Ordered shore excursions online and didn't receive tickets - finally after showing receipt of purchase got them but wasted a lot of time straightening it out. Also wasted time having to call American Express about charges.
We never arrived for Napa Valley Wine train on time due to tour company forgetting mic and taking us into an area with a race going on to get one. If they had the mic would never have been caught up in the race area with traffic jams and closed roads Three hour sitting on a bus going nowhere. We were refunded our money but lost a day of touring San Francisco.
At Icy Strait Point no one from Celebrity to direct us to tour. Wound up getting directions from a port rep and they were wrong. By the time we returned to where we started, the tour left without us. They offered to put us on the same tour two hours later but already had 59 booked with only room for 56. We declined and got a refund but another day in port wasted.
Willamette Valley Wine Tour in Astoria, Oregon was changed from description of tour we purchased. We never saw notice of change - they offered a refund on this. The replacement tour took us to a run down winery and instead od a restaurant lunch wit wine pairings we were given a box lunch with no wine.

We booked three cruises on board - were so dissatisfied that we are cancelling all three.
Time for ship to be refurbished - looking worn.
Felt that when there was a problem that we got lip service but that no one really cared.
Cabin was clean and attendant wonderful. Cabin needs refurbishing.
