American Constellation Cruise Review by 2122second
- Sail Date: May 2017
- Destination: USA
We have used American Cruise Lines before (New Orleans R/T; Columbia and Snake Rivers) and were very impressed with the size of the staterooms; the food service; the helpfulness and friendliness of the crew members; and the cleanliness of the ships in general. The experts they had on board to give information regarding the cruise area were just that: very knowledgeable and very approachable.
The visit to the ports of call are generally well run and they make you realize how much you do not know about the USA. We were on the Chesapeake cruise and outside of Yorktown and Williamsburg, visited places that we had not known existed and enjoyed them thoroughly.
We are definitely fans of American Cruise Lines and have already signed up for the Maine Coast and Harbors cruise for next year. (And no long, redeye flights to Europe needed to reach the port of embarkation!!)
2122second’s Full Rating Summary
The cabin was nice and large with an attached balcony; the bathroom, while not large; was very well organized with a nice sized shower. There was plenty of storage space available and the bed (queen) was very comfortable.
