Im a platinum member of cunard which means i have traveled a lot on all there ships mostly on QM2.

the food in the britania resterant always arives less than worm although presentation is good,even though the ship has undergon a big re-fit it is still tied in parts its saving grace was getting rid of that terrible palm court. the shops are exspensive as products can be got ashore at a better price toiled papper is appoling and cheep staff seemed always to be stressed ,but always,well mostly are plesant .

the big pluss are the new single staterooms although you cannot book the on the saver fair,disspite what cunard tell you,cunard were the very best at one time now they are only good to ok christmass is not recomended on cunard,not my opinion but having spoken to passangers who had don christmas told me it was only ok.
