Not enough lifts. In the space of a week myself, husband and father who is in a wheelchair spent about 4 hours of our holiday waiting for lifts. There were not enough of them and only 2 sets of stairs, one at one end of the ship one at the other. Everyone was using them and no-one ever made room for us to get in when doors opened. Wait for the next lift, SAME AGAIN.

Food in the restaurant was the worst we have had on P and O, hardly any vegetables.

The casino was small. Expected quite a large one on a ship of this size.
