Our first time on Royal...The customer service on board was second to none. We have experienced good service on other cruise lines, but nothing like this. I was extremely impressed with the staffs ability to identify ways to best care for the guests. The room attendants are very in tune with your activities and do a great job setting up the next day with informational pieces for you to take with you.

We were able to take a fantastic excursion in St. Maarten on a 36 foot Fountain and tour the beaches and hot spots by boat. The excursions were fantastic!
