At this point, my family and I are loyal Royal Caribbean cruisers. This trip aboard Anthem of the Seas met and exceeded everything we have come to expect from Royal Caribbean. First off, the ship itself is beautiful, clean, and filled with activities (I'm particularly fond of the bumper cars). The food is to die for! The quality and variety ensures that you will never go hungry! The entertainment was top-notch. The robot screens in the Two70 blew my mind! My only complaint is that they weren't utilized nearly as much as they could have been. The staff, as always, is friendly and helpful. Kudos to Dru Pavlov for being an excellent cruise director - he's charismatic, funny, and very involved in all of the cruise activities. Kudos to the waiting staff and servers as well! I feel like guests do not give these friendly, hard-working individuals the credit they deserve. Lastly, the destinations were all beautiful and the excursions Royal Caribbean provides are varied, well-planned, and entertaining. All in all, this trip only reinforced my belief that Royal Caribbean is the best cruise line around (that's why we've sailed with them 5 times!!). Looking forward to our next cruise!!

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D3

The room was narrow, but that was not too much of a hindrance. Everything was efficiently structured while remaining comfortable.

Port Reviews

Bayonne (Cape Liberty)

Boarding in Cape Liberty was quick and easy!

St. Maarten

Due to weather, our excursion was cancelled. However, we did some shopping near the pier and the experience was pleasant.
