Cabin: Panoramic Ocean View Stateroom

We choose this for the various ports of call being offered each week staring with the transatlantic sailing through the 5/27 sailing.

Our first cabin was a balcony, 7142, for the first 2 weeks which was fine. No complaints at all. We had smooth sailing across the Atlantic. We moved to a large outside for the next 3 sailings because we figured we wouldn't be out on the balcony often due to the cruises being port intensive.

The ship celebrated its 20th anniversary during the crossing and she is showing her age in Some areas, most notably in the dining room chairs. They should replace them or repaint them. There are many scratches that are deep and quite visible. Due to the fact that the wood is dark it shows up more. The wallpaper in the ladies restroom on deck 4 and 5 isn't affixed well and needs to be glued back down. The crew work diligently to keep the ship clean. Always polishing the brass and picking up glasses that have been left in the most unusual places.
