Wanted to try Princess. We've been on several lines and heard that Princes was good. We were a bit disappointed compared to others we've taken. I'd say, the overall cruise was good, but below average compared to other lines. The room service was great, in fact all of the service was great. They had trouble with properly cooking red meat and sea food. I seriously recommend avoiding the "crab shack". They really don't know how to do that properly. The tender times were okay. Try to avoid the local tenders and stay to to the Princess tenders. We had to wait for an hour for the local to mate to the liner. The big orange boats seem to be better. Also, avoid the casino if you are a non-smoker. For some odd reason they allow smoking and you are forced to walk through it for certain dining options. Now that I think about it, being forced to leave a 150 word review, there are many things that will prevent us from another Princess cruise. Even the pizza guy was kind of rude, but it may have been a bad day. I never went back for more pizza after one try, it wasn't very good.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BC

It was OK. Had to ask for towels and such. They seem to assume you don't want them unless you ask.

Port Reviews

Corsica (Ajaccio)

It was good, probably should have taken a tour, though.

Toulon

Not much there.

Corfu

It was good.

Taormina (Messina)

We rode a local bus. It was OK.
