I choose this cruise because my co-workers was raving about Royal Caribbean I later found out that they had nothing to compare it to !!! every buffet on the ship was the same, every day the buffet had the same food breakfast, lunch, dinner 9 days, also no food after 900pm except pizza until 300am room service $8.95 no matter what you order even so call free breakfast $8.95 (room service )At times the buffet would not open on time with no explanation this happen more then once I also found out that the drinks have built in tips if your unaware of this you are going to tip twice. oh and the shows was garbage they also had you make reservation for the shows that was a waste because they was so over packed in areas that did not accommodate the crowd we had people standing in the front of us my husband up and left the only exception was the comedians I'm still trying to figure out what kind of crowd where they catering to with the shows that was being performed .

And the tv was playing the same shows over and over, also we notice a lot of mistakes on our bill. The night before the last day on the cruise we went to satisfy our balance so we paid and had zero balance the next morning we just happen to check the balance on the tv before we was living and had a charge for $50.00 for pool towels had we not checked we would have went home with that charge we latter found out we was not the only ones with this fee so check your bills right before you exit. oh and customer service was less then one percent for over 4000 passengers 3 people lines out the door horrible experience I would never recommend ROYAL CARIBBEAN NOR WOULD I EVER CRUISE WITH THEM AGAIN !!!!!! oh and did I say it was my husbands first cruise now he says he would like to just fly to an island to thank I had to bag him to take this cruise...
