Attended a conference on board. No assistance with the equipment, only apologies about short staffing. Staffing was minimal. Slow service in the dining room. Calls to housekeeping staff were unanswered. Entertainment was marginal. My roommate and I both came down with flu symptoms that have lasted two weeks past disembarkment. Unable to see ship's Doctor, since there were so many people attempting to see the Doctor. Shore excursions were expensive and inadequate. The employees gave very poor directions. There appears to be mold in the ductal system. I started coughing and had a runny nose from the second day of the cruise. During the conference, the ship's staff kept opening the door to the conference room. The drinks were watered down. Overall the cruise was a nightmare. On disembarkment the staff was rude and did not appear to care. They just wanted us off the ship. The wait to get off the shift was too long. My luggage and equipment were damaged.
