First, this was not an average cruise but I could not get this to change at the top of the page. This was a 5 star cruise and maybe even a 6 star if I could.

We choose this cruise many months ago because it is easy to get to San Francisco and we had not been to Haines or Glacier Bay in several years. Starting with embarkation everything went so smoothly. Even met some of the cruise staff we had sailed with in Feb.Parked at Parking Panda and that is so easy, great parking area for long term and our car was very safe. Getting aboard was very easy, and we were at lunch in no time at all.

Our room was great and our room steward Rico was a gem. Best room steward ever. We always take a couple of stuffed friends with us, and Rico had them in a new adventure every day. So much fun to come back to the cabin and see what he had them doing, reading a map, eating grapes, looking out the window, watching TV, etc. just too cute.
