Sail Date: May 2017
Cabin: Promenade Stateroom

Chose cruise to have a family holiday, Food was good, activities were plentiful, but this ship needs a good makeover. Smoking in the casino should be stopped, on deck four you have to take the elevator to deck five, walk through the Royal Promenade, and take the elevator again down to deck four just to move from front to back, without having to go through the stench of smoke. I don't think that any employee should have to work in a smoke filled environment.

In the Windjammer a lot of the seats are threadbare, the ceiling looks as though it caved in at some point, and was replaced, badly. In the cabin that I shared with my wife, there were stains on the carpet, an adjoining door had a loose seal, and the seating area was covered in dust and bits of fluff the whole time. If I had to cruise again I would not choose to be on Navigator of the Seas.

The cabin although cleaned daily did show signs of wear and tear. I don't think the seating area was ever brushed or hoovered the whole trip.
