I was on a 7-day western mediterranean cruise (may 21st to 28th, 2017) from barcelona port. I had 2 cabins, 1 for me and my 1-year old daughter, and the other 1 is for my in laws.

Couple of things I am really upset about:

1. I asked the NCL agent to include everything in the payment prior to the cruise (including gov taxes, gratuity, any fees), and the agent gave me the final quote. I completed the payment 1 month before the cruise. However, at the end of the cruise, i figured out that I still need to pay service charge more than 700 usd (-about 15 usd per person per day). I was really really upset. I intentionally asked the agent to include all the taxes and fees befoe i made the payment. I feel that the agent has tricked me. Very unprofessional.
